At Home Soccer Workout Guide

At FUTSOC, we encourage all of our members to remain active off the field. For those who wish to continue to keep on working on some soccer skill development and conditioning at home: inside or outside!

At Home workout Routine:

This short routine is to keep your children entertained, focused and motivated while at home. You can do this routine everyday as it’s designed to work on the technical side of soccer while keeping them fit!

1) Agility Training

Drills:

Warm Up: 0:42
Drill #1: 1:09 [Skaters] – 2 minutes
Drill#2: 1:25 [Quick Feet] – 2 x 30 seconds
Drill #3: 1:45 [Side 2 Side] 2 x 30 seconds
Drill #4: 2:02 [In & Out] – 2 x 30 seconds
Drill #5: 2:15 [Up & Down] – 2 x 30 seconds
Drill #6: 2:30 [Around the ball/cone/object] – 2 x 30 seconds

2) 1 v 1 Soccer Moves

Drills:

Drill #1: [Skips] – 2 minutes
Drill #2: [Croqueta] – 2 minutes
Drill #3: [Matthews] – 2 minutes
