Dribbling Mastery
U6-U20
- Inside-outside dribbling: Practice moving the ball between the inside and outside of your feet.
- Heel-to-toe dribbling: Touch the ball with your heel, then your toe, and repeat.
- Juggling: Practice juggling the ball with different parts of your body.
Passing Precision
U6-U20
- Wall passes: Practice passing the ball against a wall and controlling the rebound.
